Wanted!, as said on the front page, is the first character single for One Piece's main-character Monkey D. Luffy. It is in essence and every single way Luffy. (And not just because it's sung by 'him'...) From the sound to the feel to the lyrics (only Luffy would sing about wanting to eat meat)... It's just Luffy in a song! (And boy does he have some pipes!) :D

   The song was released with the "One Piece: Music & Song Collection" years and years ago (back in 2000), and sadly that CD seems to be out of print... however, it can still be bought with "One Piece: Best Song Collection", which I have a link to down below.
